Italy's retail bank Intesa Sanpaolo and engineering group Pramac have set up a joint venture to move into the PV energy business. The new company, Solar Express, will be 60% owned by Pramac with the rest held by Intesa Sanpaolo. It aims to install 11 MW of PV systems in the first year of operations.
